No moving of appliances
No moving of heavy furniture
No painting
No carpet/upholstery stain treatment
No treating clogged drains
No working with/around black mold
No working with pet feces or vomit
No getting up on high ladders
No exterior cleaning

How to Prepare for Your Cleaning

To ensure we provide the most efficient and thorough service, we kindly ask you to complete these minor preparations before our arrival.

Declutter surfaces and put away personal or valuable items
Wash dishes or load them into the dishwasher
Remove linens and towels you want changed
Leave out trash can liners if available

Disclaimer: These guidelines are for general information only and may be updated or adjusted at our discretion to protect the safety of our team and your home. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service rate unless otherwise agreed in writing. All properties must have power and water access at the time of service.
